Payment
We accept payment via our secure online shopping cart. To use Visa or MasterCard, select the primary credit card option. To use your PayPal account, or American Express or Discover cards, select the PayPal option at the bottom of the Billing Method page. We also accept checks and money orders; select the appropriate option when checking out. |

Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped U. S. Priority Mail. For orders over $50, shipping is free. For all others the shipping fee is $5. We are sorry, but we are unable to accept international orders. |

Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of any item of Karen Puckett fused glass jewelry. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order, and it is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. This is our warranty. See above for shipping address. Please re-wrap the item carefully and include a copy of your invoice. |
